Lil Scrappy Stabbed, Arrested In DeKalb County
Atlanta rapper Lil Scrappy was stabbed Friday night in DeKalb County.
Authorities said the rapper received a call from his sister stating she had been in an argument with her boyfriend. The rapper then went to his sister’s Mountain Crest Apartments located in the 1000 block of North Hairston Road in Stone Mountain at around 7 p.m.
Once there, the rapper and his sister’s boyfriend got into a heated argument and the rapper was stabbed.
Authorities said the rapper was listed in stable condition as of Saturday and his sister’s boyfriend was not arrested.
However, the police arrested Lil Scrappy for possession of marijuana, possession of firearm/knife, and obstruction of police. The rapper is now in jail on a $1,500 bond.
The rapper remained in jail Saturday afternoon on $1,500 bond.
