aaa Dr.Dre mit eigenen Kopfhörern / Infos zu Detox

Dr.Dre, Jimmy Iovine (Interscope) und Monster, der führende amerikanische Kabel und Audio Gadget Hersteller, haben für den 25.Juli den Release eines von Dr.Dre mitentwickelten Kopfhörers bekanntgegeben.

Der High-End Kopfhörer "Beats by Dr.Dre", der besonders gut für basslastige Musik und zum Produzieren geeignet ist, wird für knapp 350 US-Dollar ausschließlich in Apple und Best Buys Stores zu haben sein. Dr.Dre über seine neuen "Headphones":

Bottom line: the music doesn't move you. With Beats, people are going to hear what the artists hear and listen to the music the way they should - the way I do."

Des Weiteren konnte USA Today dem Rapper und Produzenten auf der Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas einige Infos über "Detox" entlocken. Wennn alles gut läuft, so soll das Album laut Dre sogar noch Ende des Jahres erscheinen, als Feature-Gäste wurden unter anderem Nas, Jay-Z und Lil Wayne genannt:

Bereits im Juni bestätigte nun Snoop Dogg in einem Interview mit MTV UK, dass der Doctor die Aufnahmen zu Detox beendet habe (unsere News vom 27.06.2008).
